AN OYSTER REVOLUTION IN NEW YORK CITY

I wrote, produced, directed, shot, and presented this short docu-style Youtube Video for Morning Brew. It turns out in addition to be delicious, oysters (and oyster farming) are really great for the environment and the city the of New York.

To find out more and tell their story, I got my hands dirty with new new friends at Peeko Oysters and Billion Oyster Project. It was an honor, pleasure, and freaking delight to tell their story and shine a light on New York's favorite bivalves.

Within a week of posting, the video earned 100k organic views and 3k engagements on Youtube.
